Definitions & Scope

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal data collected, processed, and stored by k1gam ("we", "us", "our") in connection with the operation of the k1gam platform at k1gam.org ("Platform"). It governs all interactions with the Platform, including account registration, gameplay, deposits and withdrawals, customer support communications, and general browsing.

For the purposes of this Policy, the following definitions apply:

• "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, payment details, device identifiers, and IP addresses.

By registering an account or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the processing of your Personal Data as described herein.

Data We Collect

k1gam collects Personal Data in two primary ways: information you provide directly to us, and information collected automatically through your use of the Platform. We collect only what is necessary for the specific purposes described in this Policy.

Information you provide directly:

• Registration data: full legal name, date of birth, email address, username, and password.
• KYC verification documents: government-issued photo ID (such as CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and — where required — source of funds documentation.
• Payment information: bank account details, JazzCash mobile wallet number, EasyPaisa mobile wallet number, card details (processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment processors — k1gam does not store full card numbers), and cryptocurrency wallet addresses where applicable.
• Communication records: the content of emails, live chat transcripts, and support tickets submitted to k1gam's customer support team.
• Responsible gaming declarations: self-exclusion requests, deposit limit preferences, and cooling-off period applications.

Information collected automatically:

• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and referring URL.
• Usage data: pages visited, games played, time spent on the Platform, betting history, session duration, and click-stream data.
• Cookie and tracking data: as described in Section 05 of this Policy.
• Geolocation data: approximate location derived from your IP address, used for jurisdictional eligibility checks and fraud prevention.

How We Use Your Data

k1gam uses your Personal Data only for the purposes for which it was collected and for any compatible purposes disclosed in this Policy. The following is a comprehensive account of how k1gam processes your Personal Data:

• Account creation and management: To register your account, verify your identity, and maintain accurate account records throughout the account lifecycle.
• KYC and age verification: To verify that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years and to comply with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements under our international gaming licence.
• Payment processing: To facilitate deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All financial transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Customer support: To respond to your enquiries, resolve disputes, and process formal complaints in accordance with k1gam's dispute resolution procedures.
• Marketing communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates — subject to your marketing preferences and as described in Section 12 of this Policy.

Legal Bases for Processing

k1gam processes your Personal Data on one or more of the following legal bases, depending on the specific processing activity involved:

• Contractual necessity: Processing that is necessary to perform our contractual obligations to you under the k1gam Terms & Conditions — including account management, payment processing, and the provision of gaming services.

k1gam uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform to ensure proper functionality, analyse usage patterns, and — where you have consented — deliver personalised content and promotional communications. The following categories of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies, load balancing tokens, and security cookies. These cookies cannot be disabled as they are fundamental to service delivery.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences, such as language settings, default game views, and responsible gaming tool configurations. These enhance your experience but are not essential.
• Analytics cookies: Help k1gam understand how users navigate the Platform by collecting aggregated, anonymised usage data. This information is used solely to improve Platform performance and user experience.

Third-Party Data Sharing

k1gam does not sell your Personal Data to third parties. We share your data only in the limited circumstances described below, and only with parties bound by data processing agreements that impose equivalent data protection obligations:

• KYC and identity verification providers: To fulfil our age verification and anti-money laundering obligations, k1gam shares identity documentation with regulated third-party KYC verification services. These providers process your documents solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
• Payment processors: To facilitate deposits and withdrawals, k1gam shares necessary financial data with our payment partners, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and card network processors. Each payment partner operates under its own privacy policy and applicable financial services regulations.
• Fraud prevention and security services: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, k1gam may share technical and behavioural data — including IP addresses and device fingerprints — with specialist fraud prevention services operating under strict confidentiality obligations.
• Game and content providers: Where you play games supplied by third-party software providers via the k1gam Platform, those providers may receive your player ID and game session data for the purpose of game delivery, fairness certification, and dispute resolution. They do not receive your full identity or payment data.

While k1gam takes every reasonable precaution to protect your Personal Data, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your k1gam account, contact our support team immediately.

Data Retention

k1gam retains your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your account's active status and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements applicable under our international gaming licence.
• KYC and identity verification records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure or from the date of the last transaction, whichever is later.
• Transaction records: Financial transaction records, including deposit and withdrawal history, are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with AML compliance requirements.
• Customer support records: Support communications are retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by ongoing dispute or regulatory investigation.
• Marketing data: Marketing preference data and consent records are retained for the duration of your account plus two (2) years following account closure, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier.

• Right of access: You may request a copy of the Personal Data k1gam holds about you, together with information about how it is being used.
• Right to rectification: You may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held in your account. You may also update certain account details directly through your account settings dashboard.
• Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you have withdrawn consent, or where processing is unlawful. Note that k1gam may be required to retain certain data beyond your erasure request to comply with legal obligations, as described in Section 08.
• Right to data portability: You may request that k1gam provide your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another service provider, where technically feasible.
• Right to restriction of processing: You may request that k1gam restrict the processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances, such as while an accuracy dispute is being resolved.
• Right to object: You may object to the processing of your Personal Data where processing is based on legitimate interests or is used for direct marketing purposes. k1gam will cease processing upon receipt of a valid objection unless compelling legitimate grounds for continued processing can be demonstrated.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact k1gam's support team as described in Section 14 of this Policy. k1gam will respond to all verified data rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, k1gam may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, with prior notification to you.

Children & Minors

k1gam is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to real-money gaming and betting services on k1gam is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. k1gam does not knowingly collect, process, or retain Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21.

Age verification is a mandatory step in the k1gam registration and KYC process. Any account identified as belonging to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds deposited by the underage user will be returned to the originating payment method following investigation and verification. k1gam will not profit from the gaming activity of underage users under any circumstances.

If you are a parent or guardian and have reason to believe that a minor under your care has registered an account on k1gam or has provided us with Personal Data, please contact our support team immediately. k1gam will investigate the matter promptly and, where the claim is substantiated, will delete the account and all associated Personal Data without undue delay.

International Data Transfers

k1gam operates under an international gaming licence and its infrastructure may involve data processing in multiple jurisdictions. Where Personal Data is transferred outside of your country of residence — including transfers necessary to facilitate payment processing, KYC verification, or cloud-based platform hosting — k1gam ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that described in this Policy.

Such safeguards may include standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, or transfers to jurisdictions that provide an adequate level of data protection as recognised by relevant regulatory standards. Details of the specific safeguards applicable to any international transfer of your Personal Data are available upon written request to k1gam's support team.

By registering an account and using the k1gam Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan and consent to such transfers where they are necessary for the performance of the k1gam services as described in this Policy.

Marketing Communications

With your consent, k1gam may contact you via email or in-platform notifications to inform you about promotional bonuses, new game launches, PSL season betting specials, seasonal offers, and platform updates. Marketing communications are sent only to users who have opted in to receive them during registration or subsequently through account settings.

You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link included in any k1gam marketing email.
• Updating your communication preferences in the notification settings section of your k1gam account dashboard.
• Contacting k1gam support and requesting removal from all marketing mailing lists.

Please note that withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect transactional communications, which k1gam is required to send for account management, security alerts, deposit and withdrawal confirmations, and responsible gaming notifications. These communications are sent regardless of your marketing preference settings.

k1gam does not share your contact details with third-party marketers. All promotional communications you receive from k1gam originate directly from k1gam and relate exclusively to k1gam products and services.

Policy Updates

k1gam reserves the right to update, amend, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes to this Policy — such as changes to the categories of data we collect, the purposes for which we process it, or your rights as a data subject — will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their k1gam account and via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments, such as clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information, may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this Policy will be revised whenever any amendment is made, regardless of its materiality.

Your continued use of the k1gam Platform following the effective date of any amendment to this Policy constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact k1gam support to arrange account closure and data erasure where applicable.

If you are not satisfied with k1gam's response to a privacy concern or data rights request, you have the right to escalate the matter to the data protection supervisory authority or gaming regulator with jurisdiction over k1gam's operations.
