These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the k1gam platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, bonus programmes, and account facilities. k1gam is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years or older. Age verification is mandatory before real-money play or withdrawal is permitted. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one registered k1gam account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, device, payment method, or household — are prohibited. k1gam reserves the right to merge or permanently close duplicate accounts and void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are published on the individual promotion pages and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
All games on k1gam use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and approved by internationally recognised gaming testing laboratories. k1gam does not influence game outcomes after a round has commenced. Any attempt to manipulate game results through technical means constitutes a breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k1gam login credentials. k1gam will never ask for your password by email, telephone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are valid is deemed to be authorised by you. Enable two-factor authentication where available.
k1gam processes withdrawal requests to verified JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts in PKR. Withdrawals require completion of identity verification (KYC) before processing. k1gam reserves the right to request supporting documents and to delay withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification checks.

Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. References to "including" shall be construed as "including without limitation".
By accessing the k1gam Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the k1gam Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and k1gam. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide to k1gam is accurate, complete, and current.
k1gam reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Access to real-money Services on k1gam is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of account holding:
k1gam reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to suspend and close any account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to k1gam's satisfaction.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on k1gam. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending bonuses.
Upon successful registration and KYC verification, k1gam will activate your account for real-money play. You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times. Any change to your name, address, payment details, or contact information must be reported to k1gam support promptly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your k1gam login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. k1gam will never request your password through any communication channel.
k1gam reserves the right to temporarily suspend account access for security review, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected policy breaches. During any suspension period, pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. k1gam will communicate the reason for any suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any applicable regulatory or investigative constraints.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting k1gam support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
All financial transactions on k1gam are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k1gam does not charge currency conversion fees and does not hold account balances in any currency other than PKR. The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and individual transaction limits:
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the cashier section of the Platform. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in your own verified name — k1gam does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
k1gam reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your k1gam account balance.
k1gam offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page, the following general bonus terms apply to all k1gam promotions:
Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated group play — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Each game and betting market on the k1gam Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market page. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of a licensed dealer operating under controlled conditions. k1gam does not influence game outcomes after a round has commenced. Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the system.
For sports betting markets, including cricket and PSL fixtures, k1gam reserves the right to:
k1gam reserves the right to void any wager where there is evidence of system error, data feed malfunction, or odds published in manifest error. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the account holder's balance.

Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

All content on the k1gam Platform, including but not limited to the k1gam brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software architecture, is the exclusive intellectual property of k1gam or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k1gam Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

k1gam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
k1gam implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and k1gam cannot warrant the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
k1gam does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and gaming certification bodies) where necessary for the operation of the Services, and with regulatory authorities as required under applicable licensing obligations.

Your continued use of the k1gam Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact k1gam support to arrange account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of k1gam's international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute between you and k1gam arising from your use of the Platform or Services, you agree to first contact k1gam support in writing to seek an informal resolution. k1gam will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of your initial written complaint, either party may escalate the dispute to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by k1gam's applicable gaming licence.
